Family Traditions
This is a family project all about traditions that are important to you and your family during the month of December. Discuss them with your family to get more ideas. (Think about traditions that you value, participate in, something you make, places you go, people you see, books you read, things you see, things you smell, things you hear, things you taste, something you help with, something you give.)
Make a collage (photographs, cut out pictures from magazines/newspapers, drawn pictures) that represent the most important traditions to you and your family. Then write sentences telling about the collage and the traditions.
This Family Tradition Project is due on or before Friday, December 11, 2009. The students will be sharing their Family Tradition Project with the class.
