Hi and welcome to my blog!
I'm very excited to continue serving Kemp Elementary School's students, staff, and community for the sixth consecutive year.
I've always lived in Georgia and even lived in Cobb County during part of my childhood. I graduated from Berry College with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education in 1999 and then from the University of New Orleans with a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction in 2001.
I have two additional certifications in Gifted Education and Educational Leadership (from Kennesaw State University).
I have been teaching for the past nine years. I've taught Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, and 4th grades all in the Cobb County School District.
My family includes a very loving and obedient dog, Charlie. She's been with me since I rescued her as a baby eleven years ago.
I look forward to being Kemp's first Assistant Administrator!
